Lophophora williamsii

Yes, the infamous Peyote plant. These interesting little cacti are most readily known for the mescaline contained inside but are also fascinating houseplants.  The peyote "buttons" grow extremely slowly and can develop into larger mounds of multiple plants with enough time.
